Another way we increase returns for investors is by investing in the path-of-progress. Investing in Texas is a great example … because it’s population grew by 4 million over the past 10 years … and while stock markets periodically crash … everyone needs a place to live.
Rental income increases with inflation … while the loan payment remains relatively flat.
Those profits can then be multiplied by 4X or 5X because of financing leverage. Investors receive 100% the profits … while only investing 1/4th or 1/5th of the cost to buy those assets.
